Our firm does not accept every search. We only accept searches where a client is 100% dedicated to filling the position and has committed to working with us with a defined hiring process. That means the position has a reasonable possibility of being filled and the job description, salary, location and duties align with the marketplace.

Engaging Us – Our Flexible Options

Priority Search.
Our Priority Search service is the best and most cost-effective method of guaranteeing our concerted effort to fill multiple openings or hard-to-fill positions. This is ideal for a fast-growing company that has aggressive hiring plans. As a Client you pay $3,000 to engage the search which is applied to the final invoice. The fee for the search is 25% of the candidates first year salary. If you fill the position yourself, we credit you the $3,000 toward the next search which eliminates your risk of ever losing money for the search.

Contingency Searches.
Our contingency search service is designed for companies that do not want a devoted effort, but want to see qualified candidates with whom we are currently working. We will scan our database, post the position and work with our current network of candidates to produce qualified people to fill the position. Our fees for contingency searches are 25%.
